I/Q(In-phase/Quadrature)是種頻射的信號,通通常的I/Q幅度調制/解調器是由90°劃分器、5個混頻器和0°調整器/結合器包含的。
代替為調配器時,發送數據庫流被轉移為獨立性的I和Q無線信號,并在混頻器1和2中積極變換。隨著兩大混頻器的本振移動信號相位差為90°,混頻器1#和2#的的輸出是正交的,的兩個正交衛星信號被分解在0°鑲嵌器中養成輸出的。
